Privacy Policy

LiveStreamFlow ("we", "us", or "our") is a SaaS tool built for TikTok Live Streamers to manage gigs, companies, products, and commission earnings. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

When you use LiveStreamFlow we collect the following:

• Account data — your email address and display name, collected when you sign up.
• App data — gigs, companies, contacts, products, and earnings you create inside the app.
• Google Calendar tokens — if you connect Google Calendar, we store an OAuth access token and refresh token to sync events on your behalf. We do not store any Google Calendar event content beyond what you have explicitly created through LiveStreamFlow.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging purposes.

We do not collect payment information. We do not sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and provide the LiveStreamFlow service to you.
• To sync your gigs with Google Calendar when you have connected that integration.
• To calculate and display your commission earnings from the data you enter.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) via Supabase Auth.
• To improve and maintain the service based on usage patterns.

3. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, LiveStreamFlow requests access to read and write calendar events. We use this access solely to:

• Create calendar events for gigs you schedule in LiveStreamFlow.
• Update or delete those events when you edit or remove gigs.
• Import events from your calendar into LiveStreamFlow when you trigger a manual sync.

We do not read, store, or process any Google Calendar data beyond events directly linked to gigs you manage in LiveStreamFlow. Your Google tokens are stored securely in our database and used only to make API calls on your behalf.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Settings page. Doing so immediately removes your stored tokens from our database.

LiveStreamFlow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase, a managed Postgres database service. All data is protected by row-level security — you can only access your own data. Connections are encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Supabase stores data on servers in the United States.

We implement industry-standard security practices but no system is completely immune to breaches. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LiveStreamFlow:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Google Calendar API — optional calendar integration (Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — hosting and deployment (Privacy Policy)

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete all data. This permanently removes all gigs, companies, products, contacts, and earnings from our database. Account deletion can be requested by contacting us directly (see Section 9).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
• Data portability — export your gigs and companies as CSV from the Settings page at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

LiveStreamFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
